Christon Burrows | CEO, Founder & Chairman of the Advisory Committee
Christon qualified as a Barrister-at-law in 1996 and has spent the last 20 years in the finance industry, investing in numerous property transactions. Prior to P1 Capital, Christon set up Lucidus Capital Partners LLP, a credit hedge fund manager and has helped raise over $3 billion dollars of assets from institutional investors.
Lydia Sayers | CFO & Member of Advisory Committee
Lydia qualified as a chartered accountant in 2014 whilst working for Ernst and Young. Since then she has acquired a range of experience in the financial services sector in both operational and finance roles within Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Lumyna Investments and Aldermore Bank PLC.
Mark Lomas | Executive & Member of Advisory Committee
Mark’s career began in the property industry in 1984 where he worked for a Solicitors, specialising in residential and commercial property transactions. Mark has extensive knowledge and contacts within the industry, having owned a large residential property portfolio, and through interests and investments in businesses within property renovation, development and lending markets over the past 30 years.
John Howard | Member of Advisory Committee
John is one of the most accomplished property developers, traders and investors in the UK. His experience stems across 4 decades, including the purchase and sale of over 3,500 UK houses, apartments and large-scale developments. As well as being a director of other property businesses, John has written four books on property development and investment, speaking at property events, including on television.
Sally Goodsell | Member of Advisory Committee
Sally has spent 40 years in the finance industry, initially as an investment banker in the city, before becoming CEO of an award-winning seed venture capital and Compliance Director for leading London based crowd funding platform Angels Den, supporting their overseas expansion. Sally is currently a Director of Anglia Capital Group and Chair of the Investment Advisory panel for the Low Carbon Innovation Fund, a £22 million venture capital fund.
